at the request of ah-ter
our lovely ah-ter mentioned to me that if i dont have something to blog about, i shouldnt.
well, my dear, i totally agree with you. in fact, i, too, abhorr blog entries that seem to be about completely nothing and appear as though they've been written just for the sake of being written. They seem mindless and are a bane to read.
Therefore, i have resolved to not write unless i have something to write about. In this case, I will write about my activities today.
today i went to school for mldds and then went to town to meet up with adeline.
yah.
thats it.
okay okay... dont throw rocks at me.
The reason why i cant really put a proper paragraph together is that I realise now that blogging may not be a really good thing. I realise that alot of the things i feel and think will be better left kept inside me rather than be put up on this blog for all to see.
While, before, I was complaining that very few people read my blog, i now realise that its quite disconcerting that people i barely know can just access my opinions just like that.
I am a very offensive person and the people around me know that i just blurt things out without realising that some people may take very deep offense to what i said.
and sometimes, even i, myself, am not comfortable with my own thoughts. already, there are many things i am concealing. And lately, my thoughts havent been settling down very nicely. they are just pushing and shoving about in my head, trying to gain control of my brain.
You see, the thing about me is that i am quite self conscious. Dont ask me why, but i am just like dat. I observe people observing other people. Today, while walking thru the underpass, i counted the number of people looking at ade. 13... before she distracted me with a poster of Charlie and the Chocolate factory.
And because i am self conscious, i tend to wonder about what people think about me. Mr Chia's lesson on Post impressionism hit home. He mentioned subjectivity. What is reality? he asked. Is it what we can really see? But wad is real? Your perceptions would shape what you think is real... then is there ever such a thing as objectivity? Can humans ever be objective?
I digress. Because i am too self conscious, i tend to be overly cautious about the stuff i write. for example, rite now. i get the feeling that some people will tink i am an idiot for being too self conscious and blogging about it incessantly to the point of confusing readers.
so... are u confused yet?
